User Agreement

Welcome to Plotova! This User Agreement and Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "you", or "your") and Plotova ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our short drama streaming services, mobile applications ("App"), our official website located at https://plotova.live ("Website"), and all related digital entertainment features (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or using our Service. By registering, logging in, browsing, or accessing any drama content on Plotova, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

1. Description of Service

Plotova provides users with digital content streaming services, focusing on high-definition short dramas, vertical mini-series, episodic stories, and interactive viewing features. The Service is provided on an online streaming basis for non-commercial, personal entertainment only.

Plotova reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, replace, expand, or adjust the drama catalog, features, episode availability, and user interface from time to time in accordance with operational conditions, licensing agreements, and technological upgrades.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account and use the Service, you must satisfy the following conditions:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the direct guidance and active consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep your account profile updated.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. Any actions, episode unlocks, or transactions conducted through your account shall be deemed authorized by you.
• Single Account Principle: You may not sell, lease, transfer, or share your Plotova account with any third party. If you detect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately at support@plotova.live.

3. In-App Purchases, Virtual Coins & Subscriptions

Plotova offers digital entertainment options, including the ability to unlock premium short drama episodes through virtual currency (such as "Coins", "Points", or "Episode Passes") or VIP subscription plans:

• Authorized Billing Channels: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled securely through certified application store platforms, such as Apple App Store In-App Purchase and Google Play In-App Billing, or authorized payment partners.
• Nature of Virtual Items: Virtual coins and unlocked drama passes are digital goods intended solely for use within the Plotova platform. They possess no real-world monetary value, do not accrue interest, cannot be exchanged for legal tender, and cannot be transferred between different accounts.
• Finality of Purchases: All purchases of virtual coins, passes, or subscription tiers are final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory applicable consumer laws or the explicit refund policies of the respective app store platform.
• Subscription Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a recurring VIP subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription management settings at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

All content available on or through the Plotova platform is the exclusive intellectual property of Plotova or its content licensors and production partners, protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws:

• Protected Elements: Content protected includes, but is not limited to: video recordings, short drama series, story scripts, character designs, audio recordings, soundtracks, subtitles, translations, graphic artwork, UI/UX designs, promotional posters, trademarks, trade names, and the Plotova logo and brand identity.
• Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and stream drama content for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not convey any ownership rights, title, or interest in any content or software.
• All Rights Reserved: Any rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement remain reserved by Plotova and its licensors.

5. User Code of Conduct & Restrictions

When using Plotova, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You strictly agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Unauthorized Copying & Piracy: Copying, capturing, screen-recording, downloading, ripping, reproducing, distributing, broadcasting, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any drama episodes without prior written permission from Plotova;
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, deciphering, or attempting to discover the source code of the Plotova application or backend services;
• Bypassing Security Controls: Circumventing, defeating, or tampering with digital rights management (DRM), geo-filtering restrictions, account authentication tokens, or content protection mechanisms;
• Automated Scraping & Abuse: Employing robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, automated scripts, or any tool to harvest data, simulate user interactions, or manipulate view counts;
• System Interference: Splitting software components, injecting viruses, trojans, worms, or executing denial-of-service attacks that impair platform infrastructure or server stability;
• Commercial Exploitation: Selling, reselling, syndicating, or renting access to the Service or any unlocked episodes to third parties.

6. User Content & Community Standards

Plotova may offer interactive features allowing users to post comments, episode reviews, bullet chats, and feedback. By posting content, you agree to adhere to our community principles:

• You warrant that your submissions do not infringe upon any third party's copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• You must not submit content that is vulgar, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, or inciting violence or unlawful behavior.
• You grant Plotova a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to host, display, adapt, and use your comments and feedback for service operation and improvement.
• Plotova reserves the right, without prior notice, to review, filter, remove, or delete any user content that violates this Agreement or community standards, and to suspend or terminate violating accounts.

7. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Mechanism

Plotova respects intellectual property rights and adheres to the principles of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright legislation. If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content hosted on Plotova infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Specific identification and location (e.g., drama title, episode number, or URL on https://plotova.live) of the allegedly infringing material;
• Your contact information, including legal name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
• An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Please send copyright infringement notices to our designated agent at: support@plotova.live. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will expeditiously investigate and remove infringing content.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our collection, processing, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Changes, Suspension & Termination

We strive to maintain a continuous, enjoyable streaming platform, but reserves the right to manage our operational offerings:

• Service Modifications: We may add, alter, or discontinue any feature, functionality, drama series, or part of the Service at any time without prior liability.
• Suspension or Termination by Plotova: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any term of this Agreement, engage in fraudulent transactions, or violate applicable laws.
• Account Deletion by User: You have the right to terminate your account at any time through the in-app settings (Profile / Settings > Account Security > Delete Account) or by contacting support@plotova.live. Upon voluntary account deletion, you acknowledge that all unused virtual coins, passes, and viewing history will be forfeited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Plotova does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, completely secure, uninterrupted, or compatible with every mobile hardware, operating system version, or carrier network. Playback quality may vary depending on internet connection, bandwidth, and device specifications.

11. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Plotova, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or content licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Plotova shall not be liable for any delay or failure in service performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including natural disasters, telecommunication failures, power blackouts, internet outages, cyberattacks, riots, strikes, government directives, or war.

12. Protection of Minors

We place high importance on the protection of minors in digital environments. If a user is under 18 years of age, they must obtain the explicit supervision, permission, and consent of a parent or legal guardian before accessing the Service. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their minor's online behavior, drama consumption, and in-app financial transactions.

13. International Services & Cultural Diversity

Plotova serves drama enthusiasts globally and respects regional cultural sensitivities and localized viewing standards. Our Service provides multi-language subtitles and regional content ratings. We are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and culturally diverse community. Users are expected to respect cultural differences and avoid submitting offensive or hateful material in community features.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through good-faith informal consultation by contacting support@plotova.live. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration bodies possessing jurisdiction.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any official supplemental terms posted on https://plotova.live, constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Plotova regarding the Service, superseding all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Revisions & Notification

Plotova reserves the right to revise or update this Agreement at any time. When material updates occur, we will notify you through in-app notices, banner announcements on our Website at https://plotova.live, or other reasonable communication channels. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of revised terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Agreement.
